I am subscribing to this site because I want to draw on the talents of other industry people. I believe that their knowledge will allow me to be more competitive in the open marketplace. Their time and talents have come at a great price. They have spent the time to produce the document that they needed. They have "sweated" the details. I would like to use their "tool" because it is faster and easier and to start with a document that was already proven make it better by putting my finishing touch to it. I generally check the site weekly, and have bookmarked the site for easy reference. I search about four of the departments on average, HR, Sales and Marketing and the Customer Service areas.
