	MyWorkTools.com is the first "E2E" knowledge exchange. So what does that mean and why is that important? We started this employee-to-employee knowledge exchange for the following reasons: We were always "reinventing the wheel" at work. Every company, at every stage, seems to spend an unbelievable amount of their money and their people's time reinventing something that has already been developed thousands of times before. Both the company and the "worker bee" lose in this relationship. We were tired of working so many overtime hours on nights and weekends to get our "real job done" while also putting in place the countless "support systems" and infrastructure that the business needed. We wanted to spend more time on the truly crucial problems and opportunities at work - instead of the 1001 "other things" that take up our time, talent, and energy. We realized that the tools we kept "recreating" had value and could generate income outside of work. We are not talking about proprietary information, but we are talking about our own personal logic, business experience, and creativity that we applied to solve a problem or leverage an opportunity. We believe that EVERYONE has tools "sitting on their hard drive" that could be earning them cash! We wanted to spend more time with our family, friends, and neighbors - yet still be top contributors at work! So our vision for the tool user is simple - MyWorkTools.com will provide the most complete set of world class, proven business tools for employees to use to complete any task, project, or plan. A business tool is a document(boilerplate, outline, contract, checklist, plan, form), spreadsheet, presentation, database, or software application that provides a solution to a specific problem, answers a specific question, or completes a detailed task. A "tool" is more than just "how to information. A business tool contains the business logic, experience, and knowledge of the person who created it. A business tool enables an exchange of knowledge between two employees - one employee trying to get a job done and one employee who has already done it. For the tool provider, our vision is also simple - MyWorkTools.com will provide a means to generate income, to receive the rewards and recognition that might not be readily available at work, and to participate in a community that values them.
